I am 26, have constant dark circles which are present even with the healthiest lifestyle. I am looking for something natural looking. I was thinking custom orbital rim implants and maybe blepharoplasty for my saggy eyelids. What I'm worried about is if the surgery is going to make me look worse or undesirably unnatural as the pigment under my eyes is dark. Are the custom implants I have adequate? Could surgery "likely" help me look more fresh-faced and less tired? If so what procedures?

Treat Dark Circles Under Eyes

Hi and thank you for your question! While an in-person consultation and exam is required, based on the pictures I do think that you should still try filler injection for the dark circles first. The procedure is very safe at skilled hands and you can see the results right away with minimal swelling or bruising and just in case you are not happy with the results (quite unlikely), we can easily dissolved the injected filler. Please make sure to consult a physician highly experienced in under eye injections. I hope it helps and good luck!
