I'm considering getting a non surgical nose job before a possible revision rhinoplasty, kind of like a test run. What should I know about this? if and when I'm ready for the surgery will I be able to dissolve the filler? Is there a time frame during which filler must be dissolved? Can the non surgical procedure affect the potential rhinoplasty down the road? Thanks!

Nonsurgical Nose Job Before Surgery

Hi and thank you for your question! As long as you use a hyaluronic-acid based filler for nose injection, it can be dissolved fairly easily and if you can wait, you won't even have to so anything as it will dissolve on its own after a while (several months to around 2 years, depending on the filler). Hence, nonsurgical nose job with hyaluronic acid fillers is often a safe and convenient option to try and see if you like the results and if not, it can be removed/revised easily. I hope it helps and good luck!
