Looking for someone near Dallas, but willing to fly out of state for the right specialist. Microneedling provided limited results. Don’t want fillers. Laser? Posted before but below photos are clearer. Wrinkles developing on sleeping side of face, making scars look worse. Thank you for the advice!

Best Treatment for Acne Scars and Large Pores

Hi and thank you for your question! While micro-needling can provide some improvements, Fractional CO2 laser is far more effective and you seem to be a good candidate and likely to see much better results. For best results, a series of treatment is recommended. I hope it helps and good luck!
