Longer Lasting Fillers

Hi and thank you for your question! Voluma is generally expected to last for up to 2 years although individual patient results might vary. Still, since you indicated that your Voluma lasted only about 6 months, I am curious to know if you had received the full recommended dose of the filler or perhaps less that recommended which might also contribute to short-lasting results (as aging continues and natural volume loss can quickly overshadow the filler). If that is not the case and hyaluronic acid fillers do not last long for you, you can also look into stimulatory fillers such as Sculptra, Bellafill and possibly Radiesse and alternatives.
