Please help. 5 weeks post PDO thread lift and tear trough fillers, I have uneven skin and lumps. Can anyone fix this?
A patient asked 5 years ago I had Restylane tear trough fillers and 2 PDO thread lift 5 weeks ago and I look a mess. The surgeon says he is happy with the results .my cheeks are now uneven, My eyes lumpy and veins are protruding near My eyes that were not before. Can anyone fix this?

Hi and thank you for your question! The first step should be to do an objective assessment with point by point comparison of current pictures with pictures taken before the procedure to objectively identify the points of improvement, pre-existing issues, and areas in need of further attention and correction. If correction is needed, Restylane is very easy to adjust and correct with enzyme injection and that would be my first recommendation. Further adjustment of threads is also possible, but they can also be removed if you are not happy with the results.
