Injection of Bellafill into the Lips

Hi and thank you for your question! Bellafill is not recommend for injection into the lips as it can cause lumps and bumps there. The recommends fillers for lips are hyaluronic acid fillers such as Juvederm Ultra Plus, Restylane Lyft (Perlane), Volbella and Volume (for long-lasting results). Regardless, massaging is usually not required following Bellafill injection and some physicians recommend some gentle massaging while others don't, and in my opinion it shouldn't affect the results much.
