I have read Bellafill is permanent filler but as you age and lose volume on your face ( cheeks, lips, etc.) the results change. Would that be the case for the nose bridge? I'm looking for long lasting filler for small divot on nose bridge. I'm trying to avoid surgery. Is this my best long lasting option? Or surgery is the best choice.
Hi and thank you for your question! As famously said by Axl Rose (and more recently Maroon 5), "nothing lasts forever" and this is true for cosmetic procedures too. The results of surgical nose job typically last much longer than fillers, but even those are not permanent as our face undergoes changes as we age. If you prefer to avoid surgery and if you are a candidate of non-surgical nose job with filler injection, Bellafill is an excellent choice given that it outlasts most other fillers. I hope it helps and good luck!
