Hi and thank you for your question! You didn't specify for which conditions or concerns you are considering these treatments, but assuming it's for face, they both work relatively well. To my knowledge, there hasn't been any independent study conducted that compares these two treatments against each other head to head, so you might not be able to find any solid evidence supporting one over the other. You will see that the responses provided here by different doctors may be affected by which treatments they offer in their own clinic and that is to be expected because they can talk about something that have had first-hand experience with. I personally recommend Venus Freeze as it combined radiofrequency (similar to Thermismooth) with magnetic pulsing for additional collagen stimulation.
