Hi and thank you for your question! It is unlikely for Botox effects to spread at this time, but to be able to tell for sure, we need to know where the Botox was injected. If it was injected in the crows' feet, then tingling in that area is possible, but if you had Botox in another area such as forehead, it is very unlikely to case effects in your crows' feet.
