I am including pictures, without makeup, to show the puffy look and the discoloring that I am experiencing. Makeup does give some minimal improvement but I want the problems greatly improved , if not totally fixed. Suggestions , please! Thank you!

Treatment for Eye Bags

Hi and thank you for your question! While an in-person consultation is required to be able to tell for sure, you seem to be a good candidate for treatment bags under eyes with filler treatment. While it might sound counterintuitive (to treat puffiness with adding more volume!) in most of the cases what happens is we experience volume loss in areas under the eyes which makes the puffiness more prominent and once we restore the volume loss in under the eyes (and commonly in surrounding areas in cheeks) the issue greatly improves. Regarding broken capillaries, you might want to look into laser or IPL treatments. I hope it helps and good luck!
