I am 20 years old and I have had bags under my eyes for as long as I can remember. I don't know what to do? I always look "tired" everyday & when people ask me it only makes it worse.

Hi and thank you for sharing your question here! Based on the picture you provided, you have deep tear troughs which exacerbate the puffiness under the eyes. We can greatly improve the puffiness under the eyes by treating the tear troughs with filler injection. Smooth hyaluronic acid fillers such as Restylane, Belotero or Volbella are good choices and I highly recommend injection using micro-cannula for better results and less bruising.
