I’ve tried Radiesse several times, but that doesn’t really address the skin texture. I have a few sun spots, but that isn’t the main issue. My main issue/question is how to get the skin looking smoother/less wrinkled? Would lasers help? If so, what laser is best/strongest/quickest results?

Hi and thank you for your question! While it's hard to tell without seeing your before pictures, it appears that you have had some volume loss in your hands and hence you appear to have been candidate for fillers such as Radiesse. At this stage to further improve the texture of skin, you can consider laser treatments such as laser skin resurfacing with Fractional CO2 laser. For best results, a series of treatments is recommended. I hope it helps and good luck!
