My whole face is a bit lopsided but what gives it away most is my nose. You can see my nostrils are different sizes, my smile is crooked, etc. but my main concern is fixing my nose. I am hoping this can be fixed without surgery since it only affects the cartilidge. What are your thoughts?

Correcting Uneven Nostrils

Hi and thank you for your question! We can definitely use fillers to make some adjustments and try to reduce the asymmetry in nose and nostrils. I highly recommend that you try this first before considering surgery since it's a relatively easy and low-cost treatment with no down-time and if it didn't achieve the results you are looking for, you can always move on to the next option (surgery). I hope it helps and good luck!
