Is Kybella a procedure I can have then hop on a flight the day after the procedure?

  Hi and thank you for your question! In general there is no restriction for flying after Kybella but like any other cosmetic injections, the two weeks following the injection is the most critical period in terms of swelling and possible complications which might require a follow up, so I generally recommend to my patients to plan their treatment accordingly to be able to come to see me if needed in the 2-week period although it is usually not required. Regarding Kybella injection, you might have some swelling or discomfort in the next few days following the injection so make sure to discuss your plans with your physician and see if any prophylactic medications like NSAIDs would be recommended.
