I had liposuction in 2000 to remove double chin . It was fantastic . All of a sudden last year this lose skin come so I had Ultherapy 3 times in 14 months . It really didn't do much . A dermatologist mentioned Kybella because tightens skin but at 60 what are my chances? Can't get a neck lift due to CHF. Thank you

Hi and thank you for your question! Kybella can help reducing excess fat present, but based on the pictures your problem seems to be more related to sagging skin. I agree that Kybella can also achieve some levels of skin tightening, but there are other treatments that can help. Ultherapy is one option, and you might want to continue with that. There are also skin tightening modalities based on radiofrequency that might help (e.g. Venus Freeze). I would also explore PDO thread-lift procedure for neck lift. Other than these, you may also look into surgical options for neck lift. I hope it helps and good luck!
