have had dentures for 30+ years, I feel like I am starting to get the "witches" mouth look, sunk in, uper lip not as it used to be, can fillers help with this at all

Having your photos available could have helped in giving you a more accurate answer but based on what you described, I think your concerns can be addressed with dermal fillers.
