Hi and thank you for your question! For injections done skillfully, it is often very hard to tell without doing a comparison with before/baseline pictures. Also, the type of the filler used in important since hyaluronic acid fillers tend to blend in with the naturally occurring hyaluronic acid in skin and they will be much harder to tell apart.
