Improving Face with Facial Exercise and Massage

Hi and thank you for your question! With a number of exceptions (e.g. masseter muscles), the appearance of our facial features is mostly determined by the soft tissue, and hence exercising or massaging which mostly target the muscles won't have much impact. The hallmark of the effect of aging process on face (which can start in as early as late 20s or 30s) is loss of collagen, elastin and other components of extracellular matrix and loss of volume (fat/hyaluronic acid). The result is a generalized "deflation" of the facial features, sagging skin and lines, wrinkles and folds. The good news is that we have excellent non-surgical treatments available that can reverse and correct most of these issues with no or minimal down time. Consult an experienced liquid facelift doctor to know your options! I hope it helps and good luck!
