My mid-face looks great after 6 days with Voluma. However, when I smile, there are apparent dents in both cheeks in unnatural areas. Do I need more Voluma?

Hi and thank you for your question! Six days is too early to judge the final look as you are still likely to have some swelling and it is hard to tell if what you are experiencing is related to the filler or swelling. Please allow two weeks to pass from the day of injection and at that time if you are still having issues, do a follow up with your physician. The good news is that as a hyaluronic acid, it is very easy to do adjustments and revisions to Voluma with enzyme injection if needed. Please just don't rush it now and allow it more time for now.
