I want to fix them without proper surgery, if not how well could proper surgery fix the asymmetry?

Fixing Asymmetrical Nostrils

Hi and thank you for your question! While some degrees of asymmetry is a normal feature of every face, corrections might become warranted if it bothers the patient. For most questions related to the non-surgical nose job, an in-person consultation and evaluation of the shape of nose and face) from every angle is necessary. In general, we can make some minor adjustments to improve symmetry of the nose and nostrils with careful injection of dermal filler.
