Other Options for Lip Enhancement

  Hi and thank you for sharing your question! Other options for lip enhancement include surgical correction and various implants. That being said, I am personally an advocate of using hyaluronic acid fillers for lip enhancement and augmentation. With so many options available and at skilled hands, I really don't see many patients seeing better results with any other treatments. The lip injection is done with topical numbing to minimize and avoid discomfort and there is no or very little down-time. The results are more predictable, and in case of undesirable outcomes, adjustments and corrections can be easily done. It's hard to beat all these and other advantages of filler injection for lips.
