I have very uneven lips and dark under-eye circles with evident tear troughs. I want to fix this and also slim my eyes, giving them a squintier appearance, how might I achieve that? I also want to know what other aspects of my face might be improved to achieve an overall prettier look.

How to Obtain an Overall Prettier Appearance

Hi and thank you for sharing your question and pictures! It would be best to have closer pictures without any make ups (if any) for better assessment but I am an advocate of filler treatments for dark circles under the eyes. When done skillfully, this treatment does great in creating a more refreshed look and it can help greatly in your case. Longer eyelashes may also help with achieving the look you desire and you can try Latisse for that. You can also get lip fillers for fuller and more defined lips, but I recommend working with a physician who is experienced in natural whole-face approach for best results.
