I have had this bump in the centre of my lip line for my entire life. I feel as though it makes my lips look awkward, uneven and thin, which makes me very self-conscious. I was wondering if other people have a similar trait? Can this be cosmetically corrected?

Correctio n of the Shape of the Lips

Hi and thank you for sharing your question and pictures! Hyaluronic acid fillers can be used not just to add volume to the lips, but also to make the lips better defined, reshape them and correct the issues with the margin of lips and alike. Hence, you can try some lip filler injections. Please bear in mind that the goal is improvement over the baseline (not complete correction) and it is important to proceed with small steps at a time to ensure the results are aesthetically acceptable. Needless to say, you need to work with a physician with great experience in lip injections. I hope it helps and good luck!
