Asymmetrical Upper lip, what would be the best procedures?

Cosmetic Treatments QuestionsCategory: Lip AugmentationAsymmetrical Upper lip, what would be the best procedures?
A patient asked 8 years ago
I'm 21 and I really want to do something about my upper lip. I've always had an asymmetrical upper lip, but as I've got older it's become more noticeable. I believe it hereditary as my mum also has the same uneven upper lip, even on the same side, though hers is less noticeable than mine. I'm very self conscious of it and hate having photos taken. I'm just wanting advise on what the best course of action to take would be if I had a procedure done for it.

Asymmetrical Uppe Lip

Hi and thank you for sharing your question and pictures! No face is completely symmetrical and some degrees of asymmetry is very common and natural. However, if it is becoming an issue that is bothering you, it can be best treatment with some hyaluronic acid filler injection. Please make sure to work with a physician with great experience in lip injections as the number of syringes needed is typically very low, but the skill level needed to achieve beautiful and natural-looking results is high. I hope it helps and good luck!
