Hi and thank you for your question! Bellafill and Sculptra (alongside with Radiesse to some extent) are the main FDA-approved stimulatory fillers currently available in the US. You could see similar results with either treatments in the long run, but in the short-term, the results with Bellafill tend to be more noticeable, simply because it does provide some immediate Volumizing effect, while for Sculptra, the Volumizing effect is seen after a few months and as body's reaction to the filler particles in form of new collagen builds up.
