Hi and thank you for your question! Sculptra is an excellent stimulatory filler that was initially approved by FDA to treat volume loss in HIV/AIDS patients who suffer from weakness of immune system. In MS, the problem with immune system is the other way (being too active) and since Sculptra has not been studied in these patients, I don't recommend it. There are many other types of fillers including hyaluronic acid fillers which are preferred in such a case. I always advise my patients to discuss their plans for cosmetic treatments with their treating doctors and get a clearance from them to minimize any risks. I hope it helps and good luck!
