I am reading conflicting variations to getting rid of this line . Some say Botox , some say if Botox is used it affects smile and speech . Can anyone recommend someone in Ottawa Canada . I do not want to loose my speech and smile , just the horizontal line

The horizontal line above lip can usually best be treated with injection of Botox, but the dose needed is one lower end and care must be taken to avoid injecting too much Botox in this area to ensure the normal function of the muscles around the mouth is preserved.
