Dents after Botox from swimming goggles?!
A patient asked 7 years ago Hello RS! I had 4 units of Botox injected on May the 2nd. Today I was swimming but wearing my goggles on my forehead for a while. 8 hours later, I still have deep, round, goggle shaped dentation marks and this never, ever happened before Botox! Should this even out? I'm worried it's going to stick and not smooth out! Thank you.

Hi and thank you for your question! I highly doubt that what you experienced was related to 4 units of Botox injected over a month ago. However, a skin dent due to pressure from goggles that lasts over 8 hours is somewhat strange and might require further investigation to rule out edema and other underlying medical conditions.
