So I got a couple suggestions on how to "recreate " a dorsal hump. Now I'm not to sure if I want to have a revision because of the complications that might occur after. I want to make sure I take the best decision going forward since I'm young and still active in alot of physical sports. Reason why I got a rhinoplasty was because I broke my nose and it made my dorsal hump more noticeable. Now it's flat. I want to ask if fillers can do the job and will it look natural. Nothing was done to the tip
Hi and thank you for your question! Having pictures would greatly assist us in being able to provide help. Generally speaking, we commonly use fillers to remove/correct nose humps, but depending on the shape of the nose, we should also be able to do the reverse and recreate a hump. Using hyaluronic acid-based fillers (e.g. Voluma) is recommended since if the results are not satisfactory, we can easily revise and remove it. I hope it helps and good luck!
