I like the width and shape of my nose but I have a bulbous tip. What can I do to fix this? Is there anyway I can avoid surgery? I'm looking for pinched look. Also what can I expect in costs?
Hi and thank you for your question! It is hard to tell without seeing you and just based on a picture from one angle, but in general, non-surgical nose job is best for issues related with nose bridge and for correction of bumps and humps on the nose. For bulbous tip, sometimes we can make some minor correction by careful injection of filler in the bridge area to generate some lift and pull the tip up, but the final impact might be limited. It would be best to do a consultation and in-person exam with a physician highly experienced in non-surgical nose job to evaluate all the options. I hope it helps and good luck!
