I was wondering, I am mid 20's with very skinny hands, this has bothered me all my life. I want a fat transfer, but don't have much fat to harvest as I am very skinny and a part of the fat should be injected in my cheek. How much cc would be enough for a small improvement and are the green area's in the photo the right place to inject it? Can you damage nerves? Other risks?
Hi and thank you for your question! I highly recommend that you try filler injection for your hands. Based on the pictures, you should see good results with 1-2 cc of filler (Juvederm or Radiesse) per hand. I always do the hand injections with flexible cannula which has a blunt tip and significantly reduces the discomfort or risk of damaging tissues. I hope it helps and good luck!
