I have a crease on my right cheek under my eye and acne scars on my forehead. I also have marionette lines. Options?
A patient asked 7 years ago I'm a 31 year old woman who very good care of her skin. Recently I've noticed a crease under my right eye that was never there before. I also have marionette lines that have deepened with time as well as long-standing pitted acne scars on my forehead. How can I rejuvenate my face to look more well-rested and lessen scars on my forehead?

Hi and thank you for your question! You have mentioned a number of issues and each should be addressed specifically. For most acne scars (except for pitted or icepick scars) the treatment of choice is fractional CO2 laser. For the line under eyes and marionette lines, you can see great improvements with dermal filler injection in under the eyes and cheeks as well as around the mouth to address the marionette lines. It's important that you consult a highly experienced physician with whole-face approach for most natural-looking result.
