I have lost a lot of fat in that portion. I have lost a lot of fat from upper eyelid aswell.

Permanent Treatment for Sunken Eyes and Dark Circles

Hi and thank you for your question! I generally shy away from using the term "permanent" whenever it comes to face and cosmetic treatments. Our body is continuously undergoing changes and aging is an ongoing process and no matter what we do with a treatment, the change is inevitable. This being said and based in your pictures, I think you are a good candidate for filler injection under the eyes and when done skillfully, the filler can significantly help with reducing the appearance of dark circles under the eyes. The results typically last 6 months to a year. I hope it helps and good luck!
