I would like to get tear through injections and I'm debating between volbella vs belotero. I'm only 38 but genetically everyone in my family has sunken slightly darker under eyes. I'm nervous about this procedure and would like a minimal conservative approach the first time. What are your thoughts on which product and do you have a recommendation for a top dermatologist or plastic surgeon to inject in the Miami area or west Palm beach area?

Debating Between Belotero and Volbella for Tear Trough

Hi and thank you for your question! I commonly use Belotero, Restylane Silk and Volbella for under the eyes and tear troughs. The best choice of filler can only be determined on a case by case basis and upon seeing the patient in a consultation, but if I were to choose one among the two (or three), I think Volbella usually has the edge. Please remember that the skills and experience of your physician is far more important than the type of filler used, since injections under the eyes require high level of skill for best results.
