I’m 40 years old. I have bags under my eyes that bothe me... I would like to know the difference between laser and tradicional surgery.

I understand that you are interested in laser treatment vs surgery for bags under eyes, but based on the picture you posted, you seem to be an excellent candidate for treatment of bags under eyes with filler injection and I highly recommend that you also consult a cosmetic doctor who is experienced in filler treatments under eyes.
