Lip Reduction

Hi and thank you for sharing your question! I generally do not recommended injecting Kenalog inside the lips as it can cause tissue atrophy and scarring with unpredictable end results. I suggest that consult with an experienced Plastic Surgeon to further explore your options. I hope it helps and good luck!
