Is my lip filler supposed to pool up in the center of my top lip or is it swelling? 2 days post injections
A patient asked 6 years ago I got 1 syringe of Juvederm on Wednesday afternoon. They looked swollen since the moment I got them. I already had a bigger bottom lip than the top so she injected more in the top. I can’t tell if the center is just swelling or there’s too much filler and not enough on the sides! I know it’s only been 2 days but I’m freaking out! I’ve never gotten them before

Hi and thank you for your question! Since you just had the injections 2 days ago, what you see is far more likely to be swelling and it is too early to judge the final look. Please allow two weeks since the day of injection for all the swelling to completely resolve and at that time if there are any concerns, do a follow up with your injector.
