I've had dark under eye circles my whole life, and because of this I feel that this is genetic. I get enough sleep and eat a healthy diet / drink enough water.. I tried a few different eye creams and used them for long periods of time (with great reviews) but notice no difference. Is there any treatment out there that can help, surgical and non-surgical options? I am sick of looking so tired/dull.
