Thank you for your question! I do not usually inject Juvederm under the eyes as it is a very hydrophilic filler (tends to absorb more water) compared with other hyaluronic acid fillers. Due to this, Juvederm might cause a lumpy ridge under the eyes and the result is usually not satisfactory aesthetically. Belotero or Restylane are usually the preferred choice for under the eyes and I perform several of these injections in a day with predictable natural looking result. Please make sure to work with an experienced physician since under-the-eyes is an anatomically sensitive area and doing injections there requires great skill. I hope it helps and thanks!
