Will not consider jaw or mandibular implants. It's just not what I'm looking for. Looking to get fillers that would augment the jaw line, preferably that gives long lasting results as I do not want to continue to get injections. Would you recommend Radiesse, Radiesse with Sculptra, Sculptra, or Bellafill? What are the pros/cons between each? Thank you.

Best Long-lasting Filler for Jawline

Hi and thank you for your question! All fillers you mentioned are long-lasting and all can yield good and long lasting results. Sculptra is very good, but the initial volume is minimal and it takes time for the collagen build-up to emerge. Bellafill is probably the longest-lasting option, but it also needs sometime to reach its optimal effect. With Radiesse and Voluma, what you see (after 2 weeks, to make sure there is no swelling eft) is pretty much what you get. Overall, all 4 can be great choice in carefully selected patients. One suggestion I have is that please keep in mind that these are all just medications, but the real difference comes from the skill and expertise of the person who does the injection. So don't forget that part!
