Rhinoplasty isnt an option right now, though one day i will get it done. So in the meantime I would like to try this option but unsure if my nose can be fixed without surgery. My main concern is the conceal the bump, and to straighten it out from the the side view. I hate my profile so I would love to get that confidence back. Will my nose look bigger or larger if i do this procedure?

Hi and thank you for your question! Fixing bumps and straightening the profile of the nose are among the main indications for nonsurgical nose job and based on the pictures you posted, you appear to be a good candidate. When we do this procedure, we inject fillers to nose to reshape it and conceal bumps and other imperfections, so in reality we are adding volume to the nose, but since it is done to sculpt a more balanced look, the results will typically not show as enlarged nose and most patients will be happy with the results.
