Hello, as you can see from the attached photos I have really bad “eye bags” when I smile. I know its normal to have skin bunch up when smiling but I feel as though mine are very pronounced; I do not think these are “bags” because they have always been there regardless of how much sleep I get. There is some creasing as well; I am still only in my 20s. What is this? What would my surgical options be? Sorry for all the questions and thanks for your help!

Pronounced Eye Bags
Hi and thank you for your question! Based on your picture the first treatment I recommend is injection of some hyaluronic acid fillers under the eyes to fill the hollows. This will most likely give you the improvements you desire. I hope it helps and good luck!
