Swollen up, bump under eyes, black and blue under eyes after radiesse filler – normal?

Hi and thank you for sharing your question here! After injection of filler under the eyes we may see some bruising and temporary swelling and mild lumpiness which usually resolves in 2 weeks. However, if these issues persist beyond that period, follow up and medical attention for revision and correction is needed. Having said that, Radiesse is not a suitable filler for under the eyes (as well as into the lips) and it should not be injected underneath the eyes. Regardless, I will highly recommend that you do follow up with a highly-experienced physician if your problem persists after 2 weeks.
