Swelling and Bumps after Radiesse Injection under the Eyes

Hi and thank you for sharing your question here! After injection of filler under the eyes we may see some bruising and temporary swelling and mild lumpiness which usually resolves in 2 weeks. However, if these issues persist beyond that period, follow up and medical attention for revision and correction is needed. Having said that, Radiesse is not a suitable filler for under the eyes (as well as into the lips) and it should not be injected underneath the eyes. Regardless, I will highly recommend that you do follow up with a highly-experienced physician if your problem persists after 2 weeks. I hope it helps and good luck!
