What components of a lower blepharoplasty would I benefit from (e.g. fat repositioning, muscle suspension, muscle excision) and can you recommend surgeons in Melbourne, Australia? I appreciate your responses.

I am not an eyelid surgeon, so I will defer that to my colleagues here who will be able to assist you but based on your pictures, you seem to be a very good candidate for filler injection under the eyes to fix the bags and shadows under the eyes.
