What about the area around the lacrimal bone? Why not implants?

Would like a variety of things done, but obvious volume loss around eyes has been added to the list lately. If implants, satisfy the hollow area near the zygomatic bone, what about the area around the lacrimal bone? Are there implants for this? Seems like for my case only filling in the area under the eye would result in an incomplete look.

Volume Loss around Eyes

Hi and thank you for your question! I am a big fan of hyaluronic acid fillers for under the eyes and based on the picture you will most likely see good results. Please remember that it really depends on the skill of your doctor to make sure injections are performed in a way to achieve the most natural look, and to achieve that, we commonly do injections under the eyes, in the tear troughs and at the adjacent areas toward cheeks. I hope it helps and good luck!
