Dissolving Excess Filler
Hi and thank you for your question! Injection of filler under eyes requires high level of expertise and to achieve uniform and natural looking results without overfilling the area, additional injections in adjacent areas are commonly needed. Regardless, if you are not happy with the results, excess filler can be easily dissolved with enzyme and when done carefully, there is no risk. I have treated thousands of patients with fillers under eyes and commonly see patients referred to me for revision of fillers with enzyme and have never seen the complications you mentioned, so as long as you work with an experienced cosmetic doctor, you should be fine. I hope it helps and good luck!
