I am a Zumba Dance Fitness instructor and I have to teach after only 19 hours of being injected. Can the filler move or become displaced?

Hi and thank you for your question! While we generally recommend patients to allow 24 hours following any filler treatments and avoid strenuous exercise in that period, there is really no hard science on that and you should be fine. Just make sure to stay well hydrated. Movement of filler is extremely rare and shouldn't happen with normal body movements. I hope it helps and good luck!
