I'm 37 years old and very athletic. Lifting weights, pole fitness and boxing seem to my hands and forearms extra vascular. I understand it's a healthy response to the activity but it looks awful. Annual injections of Radiesse seem too costly to start at my age but I understand that fat grafting can produce undesired results that don't last either. Can the texture be smoothed out or is the skin too thin for a deep laser treatment? Not interested in sclerotherapy.
Hi and thank you for your question! Unfortunately lasers or other treatments such as sclerotherapy are not likely to help you much and your main options remain Radiesse or fat transfer. Since you already have been doing Radiesse and you seem to have been happy with the results, it probably makes most sense to continue doing so. While still costly, Radiesse is not among the very expensive fillers and the fact that it's a long-lasting filler with some collage stimulatory effect makes it a good choice for you in my opinion. I hope it helps and good luck!
