Ok, so I know that this is slightly subjective, but I would really appreciate some advice from someone with knowledge and experience and also someone with a strong aesthetic appreciation of male facial anatomy. I believe I have a somewhat large nose that is all the more obvious due to the bump on the bridge. I think it is a typical Roman nose. Any thoughts? Is a Roman nose any better? Might my face actually better suit a smaller nose that could be achieved by traditional surgical methods?
Hi and thank you for sharing your question and picture here! In my opinion, you can see good results from a non-surgical nose job with fillers by filling the dent that you have on the top of your nose on the nose bridge. When injected skillfully, the filler can make the shape of the nose and the face more balanced and less coarse, and actually make the nose appearing smaller and more in line with the rest of the facial features. For some reasons, the filler injected in the nose area tends to last longer than other parts of the face and body, which is a great plus. Judging based on the shape of your nose in the picture, I think you can achieve a very natural-looking result. I personally love Voluma for this procedure as it gives a very nice lift and lasts for a long time. I hope it helps and good luck!
