Evaluation of Voluma and thread result and additional treatments. Advice?
A patient asked 7 years ago In mid March I had two syringes of Perlane on cheekbones and cheeks and a small thread to improve sagging nasolabial folds on each side of face. In mid April a syringe of Voluma followed in mid face and corners of mouth. A month ago I had two longer threads on the left and one on the right.I am discussing with my doctor about filler for undereye bags this month. Would you suggest more filler or threads for further volume? I would like to receive recommendations to help me decide future steps.

Hi and thank you for your question! You seem to have good improvement from baseline but as you suggested, patients who commit themselves with a whole-face approach and treatment addressing various areas of face (and neck) often see best results. In your case, you seem to be a good candidate for filler injection under the eyes. You might also want to discuss some fillers for lower face and marionette lines. It is hard to tell from this angle, but you might also see some benefit from some filler in the jaw lines for a better defined jaw line.
